We're going to need a miracle

 So CinemaCon happened the other night, where all the biggest movie studios show the movie theater owners, reporters, etc, show what they have for the coming year. As anticipated, Marvel Studios decided to show a trailer of Avengers Doomsday!!! Yeah, I was at work when this happened, but I was able to monitor Twitter. So I got my geek on, and it went all over the place.

AVENGERS DOOMSDAY

 

We see Xavier's school sign on the ground... A narrator says, “Something's coming, something we may not be able to deter...”

  Xavier sees flames come from the sky out his window, looking genuinely scared. RED. Xavier covers his eyes. Doom is presumably one who has been narrating, slight accent and all, and we see him start to rise in another setting (the X-Men gardens)… hood and mask on. 

  The New Avengers tower, with the new A logo is seen. The building is updated and has three spires. The Fantastic Four meet Bucky, Ant-Man, Captain America and more in that building. Reed Richards with a white jacket with Thor behind him. They walk into the Avengers penthouse. Sam Wilson is already there, suited up. Bucky is also there in his Thunderbolts suit and Scott Lang in his Ant-Man suit. Red sunlight coming through the windows. On the left are the Thunderbolts (NEW Avengers), Old Avengers on right with Ant-Man, Sam Wilson, Thor and Joaquin Torres, the new Falcon. In the middle are the Fantastic Four with display behind them: three circles connected by lines (Multiverse/Incursions). Reed explains how the three universes are colliding.

 

We hear Thor telling stories of his people dying and how this threat scares him more than anything before... he narrates the rest of the trailer with this quote; 

 

Pissed off Thor: "I have fought with many warriors in my time. They were far stronger than all of us put together and they died. They died facing enemies and threats that scare me far less than this one. Everything that we sacrificed will be for nothing if we do not stand together. Put aside your petty squabbles. Presume nothing except this: If you return, you will return as brothers and sister but mark my words...we're going to need a miracle."

 The Fantastic Four meet Wakandans. Shuri suits up as Black Panther. They surround Namor and his giant throne in threatening stance. Red skies in the background. 

 

Thor lands with Stormbreaker at the X-Mansion with broken statues. Stormbreaker igniting with lightning as he approaches Doctor Doom in the background. But then explosion rips through the stairs in the X-Mansion and then a new shot of James Marsden’s Cyclops beginning to light up his eyepiece, checking out the situation.

 Gambit with his staff glowing purple, fights Shang-Chi with his rings glowing orange. Shang Chi repels the staff, two rings fly off to push Gambit back and float back onto his arms. Gambit holds up a playing card, the Ace of Hearts and shaking his head.

 Shuri walks out into the desert. It looks like a desert but the water has been forced away, surrounded them like giant walls (like Moses parting the Red Sea). Forming a huge ring and drying out the Talokan Kingdom. Ben Grimm is there, backed by Sue, Bucky and Falcon

Back in X-Mansion, Yelena Belova draws her gun, Reed has stretched out his arm to restrain Sam Wilson. Yelena approaches Mystique. She’s wearing a white jacket and has short bright red hair, catches Yelena’s thrown baton then shapeshifts into Yelena. We now have two Yelenas choking each other.

  Sam Wilson landing in the X-Mansion, looks up and sees Gambit flipping down from the higher level. The X-Mansion has a stained glass roof and Gambit slams his staff down, releasing a shockwave.

 Cyclops outside the X-Mansion releasing his optic blast as Sentinels stomp behind him (from the teaser). One severed Sentinel head is to the right of Cyclops.

 Namor flying fast around the wall of water.

 Thor smashes Stormbreaker at Doctor Doom in the X-Mansion gardens. Dooms calmly puts up two fingers, index and middle finger pressed together and stops Stormbreaker in its tracks with a quiet“clink.” The lightning doesn’t penetrate Doom’s armor and under his mask we see his angry green eyes. Thor screams in frustration. 

  Thor emphasizes, "We're going to need a miracle,” to conclude his speech. We see Thor holding Mjolnir.

 “Hey pal," is heard from someone off screen, aboard the Fantastic Four’s ship. Thor says “It’s not possible.”

  It’s Steve Rogers, complete with some long hair and a beard (similar to his look in Infinity War), wearing modern clothes leaving Thor in disbelief.

 Steve raises his hand, pulling Mjolnir from Thor’s and catching it with a grin.
